These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the mi77 platform and all associated services. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and mi77. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one mi77 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.
BDT Transactions Only
All deposits and withdrawals on mi77 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency transactions are accepted. Minimum deposit is ৳200.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to mi77 is strictly limited to adults aged 18 years and above. mi77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age and identity. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
Fair Play Obligation
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), engage in arbitrage abuse, or coordinate fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Terms May Change
mi77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform prior to taking effect. The current version always supersedes all previous versions.
Section 1
General Terms & Acceptance

Key Definitions

- Balance The total funds held in a player's mi77 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately designated.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To open and maintain a mi77 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

- You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Accounts may not be opened by automated scripts, bots, or on behalf of another person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from mi77 or had a mi77 account closed for cause.
- You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with mi77 or any related service.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an mi77 employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
- You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in these Terms.
mi77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driver's licence, or mobile financial service statement — at any time and for any account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Where mi77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, the platform may suspend the account, freeze balances, and initiate a formal investigation before taking further action. Players are encouraged to cooperate fully with any such investigation to achieve a timely resolution.

Account Registration & Verification
Each eligible individual may register exactly one (1) account on the mi77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment accounts, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all identified duplicate accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number linked to a Bangladeshi mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform remains accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mi77 login credentials. mi77 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account using your valid login credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mi77 immediately via live chat or by emailing .
KYC Verification
mi77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with responsible gaming obligations and to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative withdrawals exceed a specified threshold, or at any time at mi77's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. mi77 may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive accounts after prior notice. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of such fees, the account may be closed. Players wishing to reactivate an inactive account should contact customer support.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
mi77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial service platforms: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available at certain thresholds — contact support for details. International payment methods such as Visa or Mastercard are not currently accepted for Bangladesh-market accounts.
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though mi77 may apply limits at its discretion as part of its responsible gaming or fraud prevention controls. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. mi77 does not charge any fee for processing deposits, however your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, though during periods of high demand processing may take up to 24 hours. mi77 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Pending withdrawals may be cancelled and returned to account balance if verification requirements are not met within 72 hours of the request being raised.
Prohibited Financial Activities
mi77 accounts must not be used as a mechanism for transferring funds between third parties, for currency exchange, or for any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming activity. Any account found to be involved in money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime will be closed immediately and relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities.
Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must notify mi77 within 30 days of the transaction date. mi77 will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 10 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days of the transaction date may not be investigated.
Section 5
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the mi77 platform, across all product verticals including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available sports), live casino, slots, and instant-win games.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to mi77's acceptance at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. mi77 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the stake on any bet, or restrict a player's betting activity without prior notice or explanation. Acceptance of a bet is confirmed by the issuance of a bet reference number in the player's account transaction history. No bet is valid until such confirmation is issued.
Errors & Manifest Mistakes
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a system error, manifest pricing mistake, or any other error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or incorrect market descriptions — mi77 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid. mi77 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly.
Match Postponements & Abandonments
For cricket and other sports markets: if a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market-specific rules published for that event. For BPL and IPL matches, special tournament rules may apply — refer to the relevant market description at the time of betting.
Casino & Slot Games
All casino and slot games available on mi77 are supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. mi77 does not and cannot alter the outcome of any game. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed any applicable verification requirements.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the time limit.

Abuse of Promotions

Behaviours that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; betting both sides of an event using bonus funds to guarantee a return regardless of outcome (bonus arbitrage); using automated betting software to meet wagering requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where promotion abuse is identified, mi77 reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate bonus funds and any derived winnings, and close the account.
Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Either you or mi77 may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions described in this section.
Closure by the Player
You may request closure of your mi77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing . Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless already meeting withdrawal conditions.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through mi77's Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. mi77 will use reasonable technical and procedural measures to enforce self-exclusion, but you also agree not to attempt to circumvent these measures by opening new accounts. Closure by mi77
mi77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The player is found to be, or suspected of being, a Prohibited Person (underage, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible).
- Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity is identified on the account.
- The account is involved in money laundering or any other financial crime.
- mi77 is required to close the account by law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.
- The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months and the balance has been exhausted by applicable inactivity fees.
Where an account is closed by mi77 for cause, any balance remaining after deduction of voided bets, bonus amounts, and any amounts owed to mi77 will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and provided no legal hold applies.
Section 8
Liability & Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mi77 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, regarding the platform, its content, availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Service Availability
mi77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may be performed at any time. mi77 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by temporary unavailability of the platform, including any bets that could not be placed or managed during a downtime period.
Third-Party Game Providers

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mi77, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of any applicable law, or any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.
Amendments to These Terms
mi77 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, mi77 will notify registered players via the platform or by email before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
